Using this website

The content here is provided for information. Descriptions of services, modules and capabilities set out what CRMTECH can deliver; they are not an offer or a guarantee that any particular system has already been built for a particular industry.

Pricing

Published prices are current at the time of publication and exclusive of applicable taxes. Subscription pricing covers platform access at the stated user limits. Implementation and custom development are quoted separately against a written scope.

A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. Where scope changes after a quotation is accepted, the change and its cost are agreed in writing before the work begins.

Intellectual property

Client-specific code, documentation and data produced under a paid engagement belong to the client on final payment, unless the engagement letter says otherwise. CRMTECH retains rights in its platform modules, tools and generic components.

The CRMTECH name, marks and website content remain the property of CRMTECH Solutions.

Enquiries and applications

Sending an enquiry or an application does not create a contract. Work begins under a separately agreed engagement letter or purchase order.

Liability

CRMTECH is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of general information published on this website. Liability under a delivery engagement is governed by that engagement’s terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh having jurisdiction.
