Understand the business problem before anyone opens an editor.
We sit with the people doing the work, watch the current process, and write down what is actually slow, error-prone or invisible.

Define
Turn the problem into requirements you can sign off on.
Scope, roles, data, edge cases and what is explicitly out of scope. If a requirement cannot be tested, it gets rewritten.

Design
Decide how it looks and how it is put together.
Screens and flows for the people using it, architecture and data model for the people maintaining it. Both reviewed before build.

Build in visible increments.
Working software at regular intervals rather than one reveal at the end, so course corrections are cheap.
