A lightweight CRM that keeps every record on your own machine. Manage contacts and companies, move deals through a pipeline, log calls and follow-ups, see pipeline value and conversion stats, and import or export the whole database as CSV or JSON.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a replacement for a full CRM?

For a solo consultant or a small team tracking a few dozen open deals, it does the job completely. It does not do email integration, multi-user access or automation, and it holds no data outside this browser. When several people need the same pipeline, you have outgrown it.

How is weighted pipeline value calculated?

Each stage carries a probability, and a deal's weighted value is its amount times that probability. Summing across open deals gives a forecast that is far more realistic than adding up every deal at face value.

What happens to lost deals?

They move to the Lost stage with a reason. They stay in the database because the loss reasons are the most useful data you have: a pattern of losing on price means something different from a pattern of losing on timing.

Can I import my existing contacts?

Yes, from a CSV with a header row. Map the columns on import; anything unmatched is kept as a note on the record so nothing is silently dropped.

Is my customer data safe here?

It is stored against your own account on the CRMTECH server, not a shared third-party cloud, and every change is logged. A working copy is kept in this browser and synced to your account on the CRMTECH server, so it is restored on any device you sign in from, with earlier versions kept. JSON export is available for an offline archive.

Is CRM Lite free?

Yes. CRM Lite is free for everyone and needs no sign-up to use. An account is only needed to export, download or print, because every export is recorded.

Are my files uploaded to a server?

No. CRM Lite works inside your web browser, so the files you open are processed on your own device. If you sign in, the work you save (such as drafts and registers) is also kept in your account so it follows you to other devices.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. It works in current versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox on phones, tablets and computers, with nothing to install.
